||RPG Power Trading Company Limited is a Company in the RPG Group which is one of India's largest industrial conglomerates. With over 20 companies in its fold, the Group has strong presence in several business sectors including power. The company has started its operation throughout the country after getting the interstate trading license from Honb'le CERC on 23 September 08.

Present Board of RPTCL comprises three directors :
- Mr. Khalil Ahmad Siddiqi
Graduated in Electrical Engineering in the year 1959 from Jadavpur University.
He started his career as a Technical Assistant with CESC Limited in 1961 and after serving the company for a long period of 39 years, he retired as its Executive Director (Generation and Distribution) in the year 2000.
After retirement from CESC, he worked as Chief Executive of CESCON Limited (the consultancy wing of CESC) for the period April, 2000 to March, 2004.
Thereafter, he also served as a Wholetime Director of Integrated Coal Mining Limited for the period April, 2004 to December, 2005. He is currently working as Advisor (Power) with Phillips Carbon Black Limited since January, 2005.
He is also on the Board of Integrated Coal Mining Limited. Mr. Siddiqi is a fellow member of the Institute of Engineers, India.
- Mr. Prabir Neogi
Mr. Prabir Neogi is a 1972 engineering graduate from Jadavpur University and also holds a diploma in finance and accounting management. He has attended the Senior Executive Programme on Strategy, Leadership and Transformation at the London Business School.
Mr. Neogi has over 30 years of experience in power distribution and allied business, having worked with CESC Limited between 1974 & 1990 and subsequently as Chief Executive, Noida Power Company Limited, between 1995 & 2004. He is currently President, Integrated Coal Mining Limited, which is undertaking coal mining operation as part of an enterprise-wide backward integration strategy for the RPG Group.
Mr. Neogi is a member of the CII National Committees on Power and Mining. He has been an active participant in power sector reforms in the country. His areas of interest include Electricity policy & regulation, Power market design, Revenue and distribution management, Rural supply reforms and Energy efficiency initiatives. He is also a member of CII-USIBC Working Group on Indo-US Civilian Nuclear Co-operation.
- Mr Ashok Goyal
Mr Goyal is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT, Kharagpur and MBA (Finance) from IIM, Kolkata. He has also successfully completed Accelerated Development Program from London Business School.
Mr Goyal has over 30 years of multi domain and cross industry experience across the globe, having worked as President (International Operations) in KEC International, General Manager in Harrisons Malayalam Limited and Dy. Purchase Manager in CEAT. He is currently on the board of RPG Management, and is the President & CEO of Carbon Black Business as well as the Managing Director of Phillips Carbon Black Limited (PCBL), the largest Carbon Black Company in India with revenue of over Rs. 1600 Cr.
He is the President of Association of Carbon Black Manufacturers (ACMB) and member of several professional bodies and associations. Apart from receiving wide accolades from the Industry, he was bestowed with the prestigious "Outstanding Achiever Award" in 2007. Under his leadership, PCBL received the "Best Company" and "Best TQM Team Award". PCBL also received the "SAP ACE 2007" award by SAP in Chemical Vertical.
